Although there will be a multitude of revamped iPhone games, as well as new apps developed specifically to benefit from the iPad’s bigger display screen, sometimes tried and tested is best. Mashable has a preview of a 99 cent app called Game Table featuring some stunning images of nothing more complex than Chess and Chequers. I love my Fieldrunners and I can play Super Monkey Ball all day, but reading this article made me want to dust down my en passant opening and work on my castling techniques.
